The Customized Logistics and Delivery Association (CLDA) is the voice of the customized logistics and delivery industry, representing those who keep the wheels of commerce rolling in North America. CLDA (formerly MCAA) is the largest trade association in the industry providing time-critical and last-mile deliveries. Since 1987, the association has promoted and advanced the professionalism of the customized logistics and delivery industry through networking, education and advocacy.
The CLDA is led by a Board of Directors, comprised of CLDA members who are elected each year at the annual
conference. Along with the Board and Staff, member-driven committees of the CLDA also work to ensure
the services and processes of the association best meets the needs of its members.
The association produces a variety of events and resources including the CLDA Magazine (published quarterly), as well as the CLDA Annual Conference held in May - the largest networking and educational event for the customized logistics and delivery industry, and the Last Mile Delivery Forum held each Fall.
